Except for receiving applications, you can also add applicants manually. To do that you need to go to the Talent Pool. At the top right corner, click on the “Add Talent” button.
After clicking on this button, a popup will open up. In this popup you should enter information about the applicant you want to add such as First name, Last name, Email, Phone Number, Source Link in case you came across their profile on social media, Birthdate, Gender, University, Location or Address, Salary Expectation, upload their Resume and Job to Apply from which you can choose the job position from your company in which you would like to add the talent to.
From the fields above, only First name, Last name and Email are obligatory to be filled. If the rest of the information is not available, those fields can be left blank.
To save the information and create the talent’s profile, you should click on the “Add Talent” button. If you wish not to go through with the process, you should click on “Cancel”.
