Do you wish to receive video interviews from your applicants? We got you!

If you would like the applicants to send you the answers to the questions of the application in a video format, firstly, when you are creating a job position, at the Application Form step, at the Questions section, you can edit one of the current questions that show up by default or you can click on “Add Another”.

Then, type the question you wish to get the answer to, and at the answer type, click on Video Link.

After publishing the job listing, the applicant will be able to see the question and the link field to the application form and they can add the link to their uploaded video.

You can see the uploaded video link to the applicant’s profile.
