If you no longer want to keep the information of a certain or more applicants, then you can choose to delete their profile.

To delete their profile you should go to Talent Pool and click on the 3 dots on the right side of your desired applicant.

If the applicant you want to delete does not have any job position assigned, then you will see the option Delete Applicant. Then, a popup will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the applicant. If you decide to delete an applicant, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If the applicant has already applied to a job position, when you click to the three dots menu, you will be able to see the option “Delete Application”.

Deleting an application is not permanent. It will be stored in Settings > Recruiting > Deleted Applications page for 30 days before it disappears permanently.
