At HrPanda, we want you to feel free to customize and use the platform the way you want to. At Talent Pool you can choose to see whatever makes your work simpler. You can customize the columns of the table.

To add or remove the columns you wish to see at the Talent Pool, you need to click on Columns. In the dropdown you will see the list of columns that can be added. Except for the Name, all the other columns can be added or removed according to your preference. If you wish to add a column, switch the toggle of that column on. If you wish to remove a column, you should switch the toggle off.
