We understand that sometimes the huge number of applications can be overwhelming. But we are here to help you keep track of applicants and make it easier for you. To help you find the right applicant better, we will introduce filters for you.

If you visit the Talent Pool, you will notice Filters on the top menu. A large number of different filters can be found inside.

You can filter the applicants based on their application stage, on their address, job position they applied for etc.

When choosing a filter, you will see different statuses. Their meanings are explained below:

• Contain -> have something within.
• Does not contain -> have something within.
• Is equal -> being the same in value.
• Is not equal -> being different in value.
• Is empty -> having no value
• Is not empty -> contains value.

You can choose the filter you like, choose the status you like to filter and then add the value.

After filling the fields, then click on Apply and the filtering process will be applied.
