If you would like to consider an applicant for another job listing instead of the one they have applied to, we are here to help you with it. To do that, just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Talent Pool and select the applicant you wish to assign another job listing to. Then, click on the three dots menu on the top right part of the profile. From the menu click on Move Applicant.

  1. Then, a popup will appear asking you to choose a job which you wish to move your applicant to, from the list of jobs available to your workspace.

  1. Once you have selected a job listing, you can assign the applicant to a specific stage of the application process. If you want the applicant to retain the same pipeline stage as their current application, you can either select the same stage from the list or leave it unselected. After the applicant is moved, they will automatically be placed in the same stage as in the initial application.

  1. After you have selected a job listing and a stage from the popup, click on Move Applicant and you will notice that the application has been moved to another job listing.

Please note that transferring an applicant from one job listing to another will result in data loss, including evaluations, notes, and answers to initial application questions.

However, if you decide to revert the transfer and reassign the applicant to their original job listing, the data will be restored.
