There are many situations where recruiters do not wish to send an E-mail right away, such as when an unsuitable applicant has applied, or when a candidate is so good they want to hire immediately etc. But what can they do in these situations?
We are introducing the E-mail scheduling feature.
When you go to inbox, or at the Emails tab at an applicant’s profile, or even by sending emails in bulk, you will notice a “Send time” section on the right part of the popup.
When you click on “Schedule Time”, you will be asked to pick a date and a time when you wish the email to be sent to the applicant.
After clicking on send, the E-mail will not be sent yet until the selected date and time arrives. Meanwhile, you can see the scheduled E-mail at the Overview page, at the Upcoming events tab.
When clicking on it, information such as the applicant to whom the email is scheduled to and the summary can be found.
If you wish, you can cancel the scheduled mail by clicking on the “Cancel mailing” button.
At the popup that opens up that asks if you are sure you want to cancel the scheduled email, when you click on Delete, the scheduled email will be canceled.
